Freddy started playing guitar at the age of seventeen when he first heard a live recording of Johnny Winter's Jumpin' Jack Flash. His earliest influences besides Johnny Winter of course were Black Sabbath, Alice Cooper and Kiss. As he matured as a musician so did his appreciation of music, especially vocal bands such as The Beatles who remain one of his favorites, in particular the creative genius of John Lennon. "Each time you listen to a Beatles track, you hear something new." Today he enjoys playing live in a band that uses strong vocal harmonies while paying homage to some of the finest bands from the sixties. "Only playing in front of a crowd can give you that 'out of body' experience when you're outside looking down upon yourself." Now that's Rock and Roll!!
